Answer: It's a magical fish named Melvin Finnns who is a wizard in the fishy world. He sees all the dead fish (sushi) and since they aren't cooked, he can use their fishiness to create a spell that revives them. From there they jump into your toliet and swim off into the sewer, I mean sunset.
